What the extension does

Marketplace Agent helps a signed-in 2TimesNew user prepare marketplace listings, import listing and order information, detect completed sales, update resale analytics, and process user-enabled cross-platform delisting tasks. Pro-tier users may also enable scheduled Poshmark sharing and favoriting.

Data accessed

On supported Vinted, Poshmark, eBay, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace pages, the extension may read listing titles, descriptions, prices, categories, brands, sizes, conditions, photos, listing identifiers, order identifiers, order status, and marketplace profile information. It accesses only pages available to the seller in the browser profile where the extension is installed.

Data sent to 2TimesNew

The extension sends the marketplace information needed to maintain the user’s inventory, linked marketplace identities, sales analytics, automation status, and delist queue. Data is associated with the connected 2TimesNew account. Marketplace passwords are not collected or stored by 2TimesNew.

Browser permissions

Storage is used for the revocable 2TimesNew device token and extension status. Alarms schedule background checks. Tabs are used to open user-enabled marketplace monitoring and delisting pages. Host permissions are limited to 2TimesNew, Vinted, Poshmark, eBay, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace.

User control and deletion

Sales detection, auto-delisting, Poshmark sharing, and Poshmark favoriting are controlled under Configuration. A user can disconnect the extension from its popup or revoke an installation under Configuration. Removing the extension deletes its local browser storage. Account and inventory deletion requests can be submitted to the 2TimesNew administrator.

Public item sharing

Public item pages are created only when the signed-in user enables a share link on an inventory item. They show sale-safe listing information and linked marketplace destinations, but do not expose internal SKU, item cost, storage location, internal notes, buyer information, tracking, or shipping records. The user can disable or regenerate the link at any time.

Data sharing

2TimesNew does not sell extension data. Data is used to provide the requested inventory and automation functions and may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the service.
